World's 50 Best Restaurants Awards 2014: Top chefs on what it takes to make it on the list
Every year, the World’s 50 Best Restaurants Awards celebrate the best places to eat around the globe. This year, Noma was voted the best restaurant in the world, stealing the top spot back from El Celler de Can Roca. But what does it take to make it on the list?
BigHospitality was reporting live from this year’s event at the London Guildhall, and we took the opportunity to ask top chefs Ashley Palmer-Watts, Massimo Bottura, Richard Ekkebus, Eric Ripert and Daniel Patterson what they think it takes to reach the top 50.
