Kameel Nankan
The Trafalgar Hotel in London has appointed Kameel Nankan as head chef.
Nankan was previously senior sous chef at Hilton London Gatwick Airport, where he worked for 10 years, gaining experience across the hotel’s food outlets including the Garden restaurant and Amy’s fine dining establishment.
In his new position he will oversee dining Rockwell Bar and Vista rooftop bar.
Kameel Nankan, head chef, The Trafalgar Hotel, said: “I am excited to be joining the team at The Trafalgar, especially with the start of the spring/ summer season at Vista, one of the most vibrant food and beverage offerings in the city. I am extremely passionate about food and wine, and look forward to experimenting with new flavour combinations. My first step will be to introduce a tapas and grill menu at Rockwell Bar.”
