Rivea London, the latest restaurant from Alain Ducasse, opened its doors on May 12 in the heart of the Bulgari Hotel & Residences, London. Based on the Ducasse's restaurant of the same name in St Tropez, the restaurant is serving up a menu of French and Italian dishes devised by Ducasse and head chef Damien Leroux, who are sourcing both British and Mediterranean produce from artisan farmers. The wine list has been created by Alain Ducasse wine director Gérard Margeon and head sommelier Sam Heathcote, and focuses on wines form Provence, Corsica, the South of the Rhône Valley and the French & Italian Riviera.
