Gelato Gusto, a two year old independent ice cream parlour in Brighton, is now offering tubs for wholesale and events catering. 

Product details:

Gelato Gusto comes in a number of unusual and top selling flavours including Equadorian Dark Chocolate, Sea Salt Caramel, Mint Choc Chip, Wild Cherry, Coconut, Toffee Popcorn, Lemon Sorbetto and Pear and Parmesan.

The company have done a deal of events catering with the brand appearing at The Brighton Festival and Food Rocks South this summer.

USP:

The ice cream is made from from traditional Italian recipes that use half the fat of British ice cream and each tub is filled by hand.

Price:

Gelato Gusto takes minimum orders of 12 tubs per flavour, priced at £1.25 each for 110ml.

The owner of Gelato Gusto Jon Adams is willing to customise ice cream to fit briefs and can come up with a number of creative flavours.

Adams said: “Being an artisan producer allows you to devise an infinite range of flavours only really limited by your imagination.”
