Jestic Foodservice Equipment has launched the Atollspeed AS300T, a fast-cooking over for commercial use.

Product details

The AS300T is a hybrid oven that combines hot air impingement and microwave heating technology to enable baking, frying and cooking up to ten times faster than conventional ovens. Featuring a touchscreen that includes menu pictures and can store up to 100 programmes, the oven includes a USB port for transferring simple data. Its compact form sits at just 570mm length by 700mm width and 435mm height. Atollspeed ovens can be double stacked to increase yield in small spaces.

The oven also features a hygienic baking chamber for quick and simple cleaning and a cool down mode for rapid changes of cooking temperatures. It aims to use minimal electricity and operates on single-phase power, making it usable anywhere.

Availability

Supplied exclusively by Jestic Foodservice Equipment, the Atollspeed AS300T can be tried out in the Jestic Test Kitchen and Menu Development Centre, and purchased through the company’s website.
