Cuisinequip has introduced the new Eco-Kitchen lighter-duty induction cooker to its range for the foodservice market.

Product details:

The Eco-Kitchen is a lighter-duty induction option for caterers who want good value and quality induction cookers. It has been designed for less intensive use than Cuisinequip’s higher-end range.

The range consists of table-top units which are available as single, twin or quad induction hobs, and there is also a free-standing quadruple induction unit.

Eco-Kitchen induction cookers come with rotary controls, pan indicators and a stainless steel case.

The Eco-Kitchen range will appeal to those looking to become ‘greener’ while at the same time being more efficient and saving money and is lower-priced to appeal to more people.

Induction is the future!

Posted by Kevin,

The bonuses of cooking on induction compared to other fuel types is massive. Like most people I used a gas hob for years so was hesitant to upgrade but since doing so have never looked back.

I've wrote an Induction Hob Buying Guide which is informative and hopefully you might find useful.
