This is the first phase of Apple Apartment’s two phase expansion into Belfast and the apartments taken on include several duplexes and penthouses. The second phase of the group’s plans for growth in Ireland involves buying properties in Dublin and expanding market share in Belfast.
The new Apple Apartments Belfast will open on 10 July, though apartments are available for booking now. The Obel Tower itself is the highest building in Northern Ireland, which allows guests views out over the city from each of the serviced apartments. There is also commercial space on the ground floor of the tower with shops and restaurants including the Fed and Watered eatery.
Apple Apartments intend to offer the same services that they do at their other properties in London and Aberdeen. This includes 24 hour concierge services, top range amenities and fully serviced accommodation with flexible stay options.
The apartments will be within five minutes’ walk of the town centre, and ten minutes from the Titanic Museum, Victoria Square Shopping Centre and the Odyssey Arena.
