The fish fingers are cod fillet strips coated in breadcrumbs. The fingers are a minimum of 6cm long, with only one 35g fish finger needed for a children’s main meal and two for an adult’s. They can be deep fried from frozen at 180°C in four to five minutes and come in pack sizes of 2 x 1kg.
