Frozen dessert producer Erlenbacher has launched three of its popular cakes in individual servings to make them more appealing to the hospitality industry. 

Product details:

The individually sliced Sunshine cakes will be launched in Apple, Chocolate and Strawberry & Rhubarb flavours. The cakes are baked in an octagonal design and come in cardboard packaging with a wooden print.

The Sunshine Cakes are produced without preservatives, artificial flavours, artificial colours, hydrogenated fats or oils. They come deep frozen and can be served immediately after being defrosted. A box of Sunshine Cakes contains three trays with 12 cakes per tray. The apple tray weighs 1,500g, the Chocolate tray weighs 1,080g, and the Starwberry & Rhubarb tray weighs 1,320g.

The new Sunshine Cakes have been designed specifically to make it easier for the hospitality industry to serve them, coming in individual slices and able to be served as soon as they have defrosted.
