Sustainable Restaurant
New Forest restaurant with rooms The Pig was the Sustainable Restaurant of the Year, in partnership with the Sustainable Restaurant Association (SRA). The Pig makes a Herculean effort to be sustainable through its water, waste and energy-saving initiatives as well as its procurement policy, with the majority of its produce sourced from within 25 miles. Chef James Golding (r) collected the award from Mark Linehan (l), managing director of the SRA.
