Bella Italia plans to open 20 new restaurants a year
Bella Italia has revealed plans to open 100 new restaurants over the next five years and introduce a new all-day dining concept at existing sites.

The aggressive expansion strategy follows the sale of Bella Italia’s parent company Tragus to Apollo Global Management, which significantly reduced the company’s debt burden and freed up £100m of funding for refurbishment and expansion of the Bella Italia brand.

In addition to opening 20 new restaurants a year in town centres and retail and leisure schemes throughout the UK, Bella Italia will introduce new interiors to its existing sites, as well as a new menu and breakfast offer.

London property firm Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed to help find the new sites.
