Led by head chef Ollie Templeton and sponsored by the Spanish tourist office and the region of Andalucia, the new pop-up will feature classic Spanish tapas with a twist.
Drinks will include Alhambra Reserva beer brewed in Granada.
Priced at £65, the pop-up experience will take place in an undisclosed location on eight dates.
Inspired by ‘the golden age of air travel’, Mile High pop-ups recreate the atmosphere or a 1950s airplane, with air hostesses welcoming guests to a retro departure lounge, ‘check-in’ cocktails and bar snacks served with pencil moustaches.
Each even explores a different destination, and a surprise awaits guests after dinner. Previous destinations have included Gothenburg (Sweden), Beirut, Sicily and Mozambique.
The concept was brought to London by Shuttlecock-inc, founded by four cousins from the Templeton family (Anna, Ollie, Will and Ed).
