The Flower of Piece casing commemorates World War I
Pastry manufacturer Pidy has launched a ready-to-fill Flower of Peace commemorative canapés in the shape of a poppy.

Product details

The brightly-coloured canapé comes in a neutral beetroot flavour and can be used with sweet or savoury filling, including meats, cheese, pate, seafood, roasted vegetables, fruits, cream and chocolate. It is made with a light Pâte à Foncer dough and can be served warm or cold.

USP

Shaped like the ‘remembrance poppy’ The Flower of Peace canapés commemorate the First World War, and some of the proceeds will be used in support of a war charity.   

Availability

The cups will be available to the European foodservice market.
