Young’s to open two new hotels
The Fox and Anchor has six boutique bedrooms and reflects the London pub tradition, while The Lamb is more of a country retreat with 19 boutique rooms. Both will operate immediately under the new ownership.
Operations director of Young’s Hotels Andy Nash said: “We are pleased that we have managed to acquire two fantastic properties to add to our growing portfolio of 19 hotels. These high-quality acquisitions demonstrate our commitment to expanding the estate of boutique hotels, we are confident that the Fox and Anchor and The Lamb will exceed our customers’ expectations.”
Young’s operates 444 bedrooms including 141 boutique rooms, and recently announced the addition of 13 boutique hotel rooms to its Richmond pub The Orange Tree, after posting financial results above expectations for the year ending 31 March 2014.
