The Mini Gratins with Parsnip & Jerusalem Artichoke are 35g and feature potatoes, real cream, French Emmentaler cheese, chives, parsley and chervil.
They cook in 12 minutes using a convection oven or 20 minutes in a traditional oven.
The gratins have been designed to be hassle-free and quick to cook to make life easier for caterers when they are dealing with large groups at Christmas.
