Eclectic has just reported that it has signed a lease on a new Liverpool site, a key target city for the group.

The new site will be the bar group’s eleventh Lola Lo site, and it intends to develop it during the financial year which ends in June 2015, subject to planning and licensing applications.

The group also announced its intentions of adding an extension to the Embrago on King’s Road. The club and terrace space is undergoing a refit at the moment and the plans are to reopen it at the end of August this year.

Eclectic has also recently appointed Leigh Nicolson, a contributor to the group’s growth, to the company’s board as an executive director and chief operating officer.

Eclectic currently operates 21 venues in large towns and cities.
