Catering butcher Hensons has introduced a new spicy lamb kofta burger to its gourmet burger range.

Product details:

The Gourmet Lamb Kofta Burger is made using fresh Welsh lamb and North African spices. They are made to order and can be supplied with accompaniments such as pitta breads, yoghurt and tsatziki. A milder lamb and mint burger is also available.

USP:

Hensons gourmet burgers are created from specially selected cuts of high quality meat which are minced in-house with carefully blended ingredients and turned into gluten-free patties using burger-forming machines imported from America.

The company claims this creates easy-to-handle burgers that have ‘just the right amount of air’ trapped inside to allow for quick, even cooking.

Price:

The Gourmet Lamb Kofta Burgers are available for a special price of 75p each until August 31 to celebrate National Burger Day, which is taking place on August 27.
