The event is aimed at operators and marketing professionals for restaurants and restaurant chains, and focuses on the future of technology, social media and online platforms and how this can affect them.
The forum is organised by BigHospitality’s sister publication Restaurant Magazine, and will include a full programme of specialist speaker and panel debate, with key leaders from the hospitality industry attending.
Eimear Lamb from Twitter will speak on the ‘social media phenomenon’, while TripAdvisor’s Pollyanna Vincent will advise on the importance of interacting with customers via online reviews.
A drinks reception at the end of the day offers an important networking opportunity to meet with other operators and marketing professionals.
Tickets for the Digital Innovation Forum are £295 + VAT, to book visit the website or call Joanne Horton on 01293 610403.
