Edinburgh luxury hotel The Chester Residence has appointed a new management team. Jill Darling joins the property as general manager, with Vicki Simpson appointed as her new deputy. Darling and Simpson previously worked together in Edinburgh and have 30 years’ combined experience in the hospitality industry.
