Restaurant Show: Day two highlights
The Restaurant Show continued yesterday (7 October) at Earls Court. Here are some of the highlights of the day.
Today (8 October) will be another great day at the show, with the announcement of the Great New Idea winners, an OpenTable panel on mobile payments, gifts and promotions, and the Compass Apprentice, Junior and Senior Chef of the Year competitions.
Chefs Josh Eggleton will be giving sourcing tips on Centre Stage at 10.30, and BigHospitality is hosting a debate on recruitment and staff retention at 1pm.
