The winners of the annual Morris Golden Keys Concierge Awards have been announced, with Ron Crowdy from London’s Royal National Hotel scooping the Lifetime Achievement Award.

The awards, which celebrate the work of the UK’s top concierges, took place at the Royal Horseguards Hotel in London on 13 October.

Publisher of Morris Visitor Publications Andrew Turner and President of The Society of The Golden Keys Antony Lynch presided over the event. Guests from London’s hospitality, retail and tourism industries, as well as the hotel concierge community and hotel general managers were in attendance.

The award winners included:

  • Concierge of the Year London Member Award: ​Paul Walsh of London Marble Arch
  • Concierge of the Year Regional Member Award: ​Alan McDougall of Cameron House on Loch Lomond
  • The Society of the Golden Keys ‘Service through Friendship’ Award: ​Paul Whittle of Le Meridien Piccadilly, London
  • The Society of the Golden Keys ‘Lifetime Achievement Award: ​Ron Crowdy of the Royal National Hotel, London
