Thomas Gardner has joined The Dining Rooms at Worsley Park Marriott Hotel & Country Club as executive chef. Gardner plans to develop a menu for Worsley Park that tells a story of the region’s history, culture and world class produce.“My vision is for each dish to sing about the region with tastes and produce that remind diners about why the North West is so special. Each dish will tell a story and take guests on a journey from the coast to the countryside taking in Lancashire’s rich history and geography," he said.
