The special service, put on to celebrate the fact Knorr's gravy is gluten free, will leave London Euston at 8.23am on Monday 19 January.
Chefs who secure a place will be given breakfast and the chance to network on the special service before arriving at the show.

To secure a ticket, chefs should email their name, job title and place of work to firstname.lastname@example.org , call Emma on 0208 256 1360 or tweet @KnorrTaste with the hash tag #GravyTrain. The first 60 chefs to register by 9am on Friday 16 January 2015, will receive a ticket and will be notified by 1pm the same day.
