The 6,000 sq ft site will be the 36th Jamie's Italian to open and is the first partnership between Hilton and the restaurant brand. It is planned to open in April following development work on the site.
Nick Weir, of property agency Shelley Sandzer, who acted for Hilton, said Jamie's Italian wouldn't be the only restaurant brand to work with the hotel group this year."Hilton are very much looking to work with more established restaurant brands in the future.
