Judging panel
The international jury of the Bocuse d’Or composed of 24 chefs representing the 24 countries participating in the event. They award marks based on the taste and presentation of the dishes, as well giving points to reward the geographical typicality of the meat recipe and for optimising the use of vegetal products in the fish recipe.
