Koh Thai Tapas has secured its eighth site in Ringwood, with plans to open another two UK restaurants this year.

The Ringwood site is the second Hampshire restaurant for the casual-dining Thai group, which is currently considering further sites in in Lymington, Salisbury, Romsey and Winchester this year.

Koh Thai Tapas recently centralised its head office in Bournemouth and completed a review of its operations. It is now entering the ‘next phase of growth’, during which time it aims to open an average of three restaurants a year.

These will be a mix of Koh Thai Tapas restaurants and the smaller Ko Noi Thai Tapas Bars, which enable the group to take advantage of smaller sites and reduce capital expenditure.
