The restaurant replaces Bistrot Bruno Loubet, which has run at The Zetter Hotel for five years and is now giving way to new concepts as Bruno’s ‘cooking and choices surrounding food’ have changed.
Loubet said: “I’m really excited to pursue this direction of cooking that I have enjoyed since opening Grain Store. We are going to take risks and show what is possible with vegetables. With Grain Store Unleashed I will take the Grain Store style of cooking to another level.”
Grain Store Unleashed will take the same approach as Loubet’s Kings Cross restaurant by making vegetables the focus of the dish, but will ‘push the boundaries’ of the food style even further.
After Grain Store Unleashed's limited opening a brand new concept will be launched in The Zetter Hotel Space.
Bistrot Bruno Loubet will have its last day of service on 6 April, before Grain Store Unleashed opens on 13 April from breakfast to dinner.
During the day there will be a short selection of individually priced dishes, whilst at dinner there will be a choice of two set menus, six course (£32.50) and eight course (£39).
Bookings will open online from March 25th.
