Chefs from Cliveden House, The Feversham Arms Hotel and Hibiscus are among the six who have made the final of the 2015 Roux Scholarship.

Following regional finals in Birmingham and London the six finalists - Scott Dineen of Goldman Sachs, London; Gavin Edney of Cliveden House, Berkshire; Sabrina Gidda, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, London; Daniel Lee, JP Morgan, London; Richard Pascoe, The Feversham Arms Hotel, Helmsley, North Yorkshire and Ian Scramuzza, Hibiscus, London - will now battle it out for the chance to win at the final in London. 

The six finalists will compete in the national final at Westminster Kingsway College, London on 30 March where 30 minutes before the competition they will be given the recipe and ingredients for a main dish and asked to prepare and present it to judges. 

One finalist will win the Roux Scholarship 2015 with the chance to receive lifetime support from the Roux family and an all-expenses paid three month stage at a three Michelin-starred restaurant of their choice.
