The gourmet specialists are taking three prime units in the independent mall, where businesses are housed in shipping containers.
The new site will continue to serve Ray’s signature 22 inch pizza’s, such as the King Tubby (topped with Fennel and Chilli Sausage, Coeval Nero, Marinated Tomatoes, Caramelised Onions), the Rubenesque (Salt Beef, Sauerkraut, Emmental, and Russian Dressing) and the Green Velvet (Artichoke hearts, Green Olives, Sunblush Tomatoes), by the slice.
Ray’s will also be bringing their signature frozen margaritas and favourite craft beers from Beavertown, Brooklyn Brewery and Kona.
The pizzeria was first launched in Dalston in 2012 by the operators of Dalston Superstore and Dance Tunnel.
Voodoo Ray’s Shoreditch site will open in early May 2015, operating between 12-11pm seven days a week.
