London based pub operator Faucet Inn has launched its new Nordic inspired all-day dining, coffee and retail offering KuPP at Paddington's Merchant Square this week (28 March).

The 100 cover space serves an all-day dining menu featuring Scandinavian ingredients, such as Norwegian Gravadlax, designed to be enjoyed socially with a number of 'graze and share' options.

Inspired by the Swedish Fika culture, coffee is served with freshly baked beans and pastries which customers can enjoy on site or as ‘grab and go’ items. Kupp has created its own espresso and filter coffee blend, which will be available to buy in store.

The bar area features high bench seating for approximately 50 diners. Customers can enjoy drinks from huge Krusovice beer tanks in a tankard, schooner or growler, alongside a range of artisan and craft bottled beers.

“KuPP represents all that we love about coffee, food, drink and Scandinavia and we want to share this with our customers," said Steve Cox, founder and managing director of Faucet Inn.

"Most importantly, there will be a little bit of our favourite things available in our store for guests to purchase and take home with them.”

KuPP is open seven days a week from 7 am Monday to Friday and 10am at weekends at 5 Merchant Square, Paddington Basin, London.
