Andrew and Mary-Jane Fishwick will open the 60-cover Truscott Cellar in June following the success of their first site.
The menu will feature small British dishes and sharing plates from executive head chef Aidan McGee, formerly of Dinner by Heston Blumenthal and Launceston Place.
Dishes will include The Truscott Beef Chips; Roast Root vegetable with Jersey Royal Fondue, and the Billingsgate Fish Board featuring House Potted Shrimps, Cured Eel, Whitebait, and Pepper Crackers.
Signature dishes may include Cellar Skins with varieties including Blackened Lancashire bacon; Wensleydale and Truffle Oil; and Wookey Hole Cheddar & Fried Leek.
The 300 bottle wine list will champion independent and rare producers amongst more well-known suppliers. Exploratory wine flights will also feature drawing from Fishwick's existing AA Notable Wine List 2015 at The Truscott Arms.
An Olivier award-winning theatre producer, Fishwick opened the first Truscott Arms site with his wife in 2013 as ‘a creative hub of fine food, drink and art’.
The Truscott Cellar will open in June at 240 Haverstock Hill, NW3 2AE.
