Chef Allan Pickett is joining forces with the Sanderson hotel in London’s West End to launch its first ever summer restaurant residency from 5 June.

The 130-cover site will serve a regularly changing menu of seasonal British produce, and includes space for 40 outdoor covers in Sanderson’s courtyard and heritage garden.

Alongside a set lunch menu from £20 for two courses, the site will feature a signature Market Menu designed around the produce of the day. Dishes will include Seared Red Mullet with Onion Farcie and Saffron Rouille Sauce; and Caramelized Apricots, Fresh Almonds and Cocoa Nib Tuille.

Pickett’s residency comes ahead of the opening of his 98-cover restaurant Piquet with Bodean’s founder Andre Blais in London’s Fitzrovia later this summer.

Formerly head chef at D&D London restaurants Plateau and Orrery, Pickett has worked with some of the industry’s most respected figures including Michelin chefs Chris and Jeff Galvin.

Located at 50 Berners Street, London, W1T 3NG, the Sanderson hotel is part of Morgans Hotel Group.

Allan Pickett at Sanderson will open for lunch 12pm to 3pm and dinner 6pm to 11pm. Reservations can be booked on 0207 300 5588.
