Though the original site only opened in December last year, the group has decided to transform the space in to a ‘laid-back’ bar, restaurant and terrace.
A representative told BigHospitality: "The rebrand was decided following the success of the first branch of Mimosa in Essex, which Elysium believe will fit in perfectly with the local area."
Opening on 18 June, Mimosa London will be the seventh venue from the group - which launched the first Mimosa in Colchester in 2010.
The site will serve lunch, dinner, drinks and weekend brunches with a menu focusing on seasonal modern British cuisine. Dishes are set to include Homemade Pork and Quail Egg Pie; and Crispy Soft-Shell Crab.
Guests will be able choose from an extensive list of cocktails, British and European beers and a wine list to suit ‘a variety of tastes and budgets’.
Founded by Ash Afzalnia in 2002, Elysium currently operates six venues in Colchester. The Chelsea site was the first London opening for the group.
Mimosa London will operate at 86 Fulham Road from Tuesday – Sunday 10am – 12.30am.
