The 70-cover Les 110 de Taillevent London will serve 110 different wines by the glass paired with seasonal French dishes.
It will be the first UK restaurant from parent company Gardinier & Fils, which also owns and operates Le Taillevent and Les Caves de Taillevent in Paris.
"Les 110 de Taillevent London is set to be a notable addition to the London gastronomy scene, bringing a relaxed style brasserie to Marylebone with a focus on the wine experience," said a statement announcing the opening.
Guests will be offered the choice of four varieties of wine, in 70ml or 125ml measures, matched with their choice of four starters, fish, meat, desserts or cheese dishes.
Designed to enhance the qualities of the wines on offer, the seasonal à la carte menu has been developed by Taillevent Paris executive chef director Alain Solivérès.
The ‘pairing concept’ menu will begin at breakfast, with dishes matched with hot and cold drinks.
A special Wine Time menu offering small plates and selected wines will be available in the early evening.
Les 110 de Taillevent London will open at 16 Cavendish Square, Marylebone, London.
