Related tags: Eating, Restaurant

The speaker programme for this year's Restaurant Conference has been announced with PizzaExpress chief executive Richard Hodgson and Jamie Oliver Restaurant Group's Simon Blagden among those on the panel.

The annual event, hosted by M&C Allegra Foodservice, will be run under the theme 'there can be no casual approach to casual dining' this year with the full panel including Five Guys UK managing director John Eckbert, street food champion Jonathan Downey, Cabana founder Jamie Barber, Graham Hall of CAU, Red's True Barbecue co-founder Scott Munro and Wahaca co-founder Mark Selby.

Aimed at senior teams within the UK's eating out sector, the sell-out event provides attendees the chance to learn from market leaders about how to drive their business forward and understand the growth opportunities.

With a heavy focus on the burning issues for mass-market restaurant brands and multi-site operators, this day will focus on the key issues driving the sector – and the forces at play that are driving change.

The Restaurant Conference will take place on Wednesday 30 September at The Mayfair Hotel in London.

Tickets are available here. Book before 31 July to take advantage of the early bird rate.
