Mexican restaurant Molé to open in London in August

The 50-cover restaurant will serve guests both classic and experimental Mexican cuisine and cocktails.
The menu, which is 80 per cent gluten-free, will include dishes such as Braised Oxtail with Crema, Shaved Lettuce and Red Amaranth, and Octopus with Pico de Gallo, Popcorn Shoot and Serrano Chilli, along with their signature Tacos.
The restaurant will also feature a raw food bar that will serve cured dishes and ceviche made with sashimi grade fish. The raw menu will have larger dishes including Seabass with Lemon zest Pico de Gallo and 16-hour braised Chipotle Beef Short Rib.

Molé is set to open on 3rd August in Picton Place, London.
