From Tuesday 1, September through until Sunday, 4 October, the pop-up will give visitors and chance to taste traditional snacks and produce from Madrid including Squid Kitchen Cones with Vampire Killer Aioli and Bocadillo de Calamares.
Squid Kitchen launched in January 2014 and offers its range of signature dishes regularly at Partridges Market in Chelsea and Chestnuts Market in Harringey, as well as pop-ups in Tottenham and Peckham.
The September residency at The King & Co, will showcase a wider new menu with dishes such as Fiery Chorizo Stew, Godfather Peppers and Patatas Bravas pairing with the independent freehouse’s craft beers range.
The upcoming Squid Kitchen residency is the latest in The King & Co’s series of kitchen collaborations with well-respected London street-food traders and pop-up chefs.
Squid Kitchen founder Sarah Rippon said: "We're really excited to have the opportunity to pop-up at the King & Co. We've developed a tasty Madrid inspired menu, our biggest yet, and cannot wait to get our squid on in Clapham Common this September."
