Marjorie Cropp-Legendre
Marjorie Cropp-Legendre has been appointed as the new head sommelier at Hertfordshire's Auberge du Lac restaurant.
She said: “Moving to Auberge du Lac as Head Sommelier was an easy decision for me – I adore Marcus’s food and his style of cooking, and the restaurant surroundings are just too beautiful for words. I have many plans for my new role, the first being to increase the bins on the list from 220 to around 320 by the end of the year, and I am very much looking forward to introducing our guests to my new additions over the coming months.”
