Thornton Hall Hotel & Spa in Wirral has appointed Neil Sinnott as its new new food and beverage manager.
Sinnott joins the hotel having previously spent a decade working there between 1996 and 2006.
Sinnot said: "There’s a huge amount of energy and focus in the team following the hotel refurbishment and with the executive chef about to appear on Great British Menu, so it’s a wonderful time to re-join the team. My initial focus is on ensuring we exceed the expectations of our conference and banqueting guests.”
