Corporate serviced apartment provider House of Moli has launched a campaign to crowdfund £250k-£500k to expand its business and rebrand as the Thesqua.re Serviced Apartments.

The company, which has doubled the amount of apartments it offers since the start of 2014, says that it will use the money to support growing the business and the technology systems to support the needs of its clients.

Founder, Sid Narang, said: “Consumers today are becoming more aware of their options and their expectations are constantly increasing. With Thesqua.re, we want to make everything easier for the client. We are introducing an all-in-one account for clients so they can manage their finances and bookings in one place.

Narange spoke of developing a concierge app to improve the guest experience and gave information on a loyalty scheme where customers will earn cash points on every booking.

“We are the first in our industry to introduce this kind of loyalty scheme and we are excited for what the future brings,” he said.

“Crowdfunding gives us an opportunity to reach out to investors who are involved in the latest tech and industry trends.”
