The new Square Pie restaurant, the group's seventh, will join the likes of Pho, Tapas Revolution and Fuel Juice in making their debut in the city at the new centre above New Street Station, which is part of a £100m regeneration scheme.
Square Pie founder Martin Dewey said: "2015 has been a big year for us so far, and we’re excited to be broadening our listings outside London. This is just part of our wider business growth plans over the next few years, as we are looking to open even more restaurants around the country, bringing our very unique high quality pies to more Brits nationwide."
The company, which recently opened its biggest restaurant to date at the O2 in Greenwich, plans to open another five restaurants next year.
So far it has raised 60 per cent of its £750k target on crowdfunding website Crowdcube. Funds raised will be used to open new restaurants as well as expand its supermarket and wholesale offering.
