Serving 25-covers, Company Below will open tomorrow (2 October).
General manager and head bartender, Cyril Alcazar, has created the cocktail list which includes ‘Company Iced Tea’, a red wine, earl grey and orange-infused vodka, raspberry and strawberry purée, agave and orangue brûlée combination, and Almond Sour, which is a mix of Amaretto, Bourbon, Almond Butter, Egg White, Lemon Juice and Maraschino Cherry.
The bar will also serve a dessert menu which will include Arnacini Balls, Polenta Chips with Rosemary Salt and brownie dessert served with Persian Fairy Floss and ice cream.
Company Bleow was designed by M&H designs, who also designed the main restaurant. The dark green and gold colour scheme of the bar, combined with low-lighting, aims to create ‘a more intimate and after-dark’ atmosphere.
It can also be hired out by private parties of up to 25-guests.
Balls & Company was opened in July by Australian-born chef Bonny Porter.
