Clement Robert is the new sommelier and wine buyer at 28°-50° Wine Workshop and Kitchen.
Robert has previously worked under Eric Zwiebel at Summer Lodge Hotel and as a sommelier at the Hotel du Vin group, before his most recent position as the sommelier for Medlar restaurant.
He said: “I am thrilled to have been appointed head sommelier and wine buyer at 28°-50° restaurants. I am confident that I can help further strengthen restaurants excellent reputation of high quality and great value wine lists within the London dining scene.”
