Fold, a contemporary Vietnamese restaurant has opened in East London's Brick Lane.
The 65-cover restaurant, which is headed by head chef Frederique Nguyen, also has a lunchtime take-away bar.
Nguyen's menu includes Grilled Squid Lollipops and Nuoc Mam Chicken Wings, and Young Mango & Lemongrass and Aubergine Caviar salads.
