McDonald's UK chief executive to speak at Food to Go Conference 2016

McDonald's UK chief executive Paul Pomroy has been confirmed as a guest speaker at the 2016 Food to Go Conference. 

The event, hosted by BigHospitality's sister publication M&C Allegra Foodservice, will focus on one of the most dynamic and fast-moving areas of the eating-out sector, estimated to be worth £20.2bn per year and set to reach a growth rate of 5 per cent this year. 

Other guests speakers include Steve Holmes chief executive of Azzurri Group, Coco Di Mama co-founder Daniel Land and Mike Absolom, UK foodservice manager for BP Wild Bean Cafe. 

Simon Stenning, executive director of M&C Allegra Foodservice, will also reveal findings from the Food to Go Report, identifying the latest consumer trends in this area.
