Patrick-Frawley
Michelin-starred restaurant, Restaurant Story, has appointed Patrick Frawley as its new head sommelier.
Frawley has worked across the globe in a career that includes 16-years in luxury hospitality experiences.
He held the position of head sommelier at The LanesBorough Hotel before joining Samba Brands where was part of the team that opened Sushisamb and Duck & Waffle. He worked in Hong Kong and Australia before returning to the UK as beverage manager at London’s Rosewood Hotel, general manager at Vin Feast, and running his own company, Nude Spirits.
