The new site will open in High Holborn in May next year in the building that was formerly home to Shanghai Blues.
The chain will hold a 140year lease at the 4,429sq.ft after Restaurant Property advised on the deal.
Nick Garston, of Restaurant Property, said: "We are delighted to have acquired this property off-market for Burger & Lobster to add to their rapidly expanding portfolio.
"Holborn is becoming a key target area for premium restaurants and this opening will further enhance its already vibrant food scene.”
Burger and Lobster also operate in Bath and Manchester in the UK, and New York, Stockholm, Dubai, and Kuwait overseas.
