St. Moritz hotel has announced two new appointments with David Williams (pictured) joining as head chef, and Martin Clubbe taking over as general manager.
Williams’ 25-year career has seen him work alongside Marc Meneau, Gordon Ramsay and Heston Blumenthal.
He was previously executive chef at the Harbour Hotel Group’s Salcombe, St. Ives and Sidmouth properties.
Clubbe’s career has seen him head the opening team at the five-star Gainsborough Bath Spa Hotel in Bath, as well as The Dorchester, London, and other five-star establishments across Switzerland and France.
