September saw Heston Blumenthal re-open The Fat Duck with a new £255, four-hour menu.
The chef's flagship restaurant returned to Bray after the entire team, cutlery and equipment migrated to Melbourne, Australia for nine months while the site closed for refurbishment.
While Blumenthal remained tight-lipped over the menu, he explained that it was based around a 'perfect, nostalgic day' at the seaside in his own childhood.
