Bukowski Grill will open a flagship, 70-cover, all-day restaurant and bar in Soho, London, on 25 February, marking a third site for the chain.

Inspired by American diners, the restaurant’s charcoal grill will be cooking up a larger menu than its sister sites as well as its range of signature hamburgers.

The all-day menu will include Prok Nuggets with Kimchi Remoulade, Buffalo Cauliflower Fritters with Blue Cheese Sauce and Reuben Hash; Barbecue Bean Cassoulet with smoked Toulous Sausage and Confit Duck Leg; and Swaledale Lamb Cutlets with Smokey Chilli Jelly.

The drinks on offer have been expanded on and will include world wines, a list of beer from local breweries and bottled and aged cocktails.

Chef, founder and designer, Robin Freeman, said: “On a personal note, opening Bukowski Grill in Soho is like homecoming for me after many years spent running the kitchens at Blacks.

“We have extended our menu offering with some really delicious new dishes, a new breakfast and weekend brunch offering, alongside a wider selection of beer, wine and cocktails.”
